Our Natural Spa Factory is passionate about more than just creating luxurious, natural
products. We believe in using our resources to make a real difference in people’s lives.
Recently, we had the honour of donating a wide selection of our natural spa products to
Beauty Banks, a remarkable charity working tirelessly to combat hygiene poverty across the UK.
For those who may not be familiar, Beauty Banks was founded in 2018 by Sali Hughes and Jo Jones, with a clear mission: to ensure that no one has to go without essential hygiene
products. Hygiene poverty affects millions of people. Children, adults, families - who simply cannot afford the basic items many of us take for granted, like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, and deodorant. This issue often goes unseen, yet its impact is deeply damaging. Without access to these essentials, people can suffer not only physically but emotionally, feeling ashamed or excluded from everyday social life.

Beauty Banks works closely with frontline charities such as foodbanks, homeless shelters,
domestic abuse centres, NHS trusts, and schools, distributing donated hygiene and self-care products to those who need them most. Their work restores dignity, confidence, and hope to people facing some of life’s toughest challenges.
By donating a variety of our natural, cruelty-free spa products, we wanted to contribute
something special - offering not just the basics, but a little luxury and care that can lift spirits. We are incredibly proud to support this vital cause, knowing that our products will help brighten someone’s day and remind them they are worthy of kindness and respect.
Our donation has been profoundly rewarding for us. It serves as a reminder that self-care is more than a treat; it’s a necessity that supports mental health, wellbeing, and human
