7 FABULOUS SPAS IN THE SOUTH WEST UK

The south west of the UK is home to some of the best spas in the country. Think luxury, think specialist, think divine break. While there are many fabulous spas in the south west area, we’ve been able to provide a list of some of our personal favourites.

1) THE ROYAL CRESCENT HOTEL & SPA – BATH

Do you or your friend desire the taste of royalty? Consider splashing out at the divine Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa. Situated in a stunning city known as Bath, this beautiful venue won’t leave you short on things to do. Inside you’ll find a Himalayan salt infused sauna which is said to have great healing properties for the skin and for the immune system. There is also a ‘blossom steam inhalation room’ – just the thing you need for relaxation and a detox. Still not convinced? There is even a deep candlelit pool to provide an intimate moment with your loved one.

2) ST MICHAEL’S HOTEL – CORNWALL

Unwind and relax at a location by the beautiful Cornish coast. This four star establishment promises sub-tropical gardens, ocean sunrises and a whole menu of spa treatments, from luxury massages to holistic hand and foot care. They have a heated pool and offer many different spa related packages including a ‘chill out spa day’ which after your chosen spa treatment, promises you a delicious cup of cornish cream tea. After a relaxing spa treatment, we couldn’t think of anything we’d want more!

3) LUCKNAM PARK – BATH

This hotel and spa promises to ‘refine luxury’, with their 20 metre indoor pool and their specialist spa treatment rooms. From Japanese salt to an amethyst room, you’ll find something new and exciting at this venue. Why not gain a new experience and relax under hot stones or a head reviver massage? The spa also offers a specialist treatment for mums-to-be to ease the muscle tension.

4) LIMEWOOD HOTEL – HAMPSHIRE

On their website, Limewood hotel promises everything but average. As soon as you enter the venue you’ll get a pleasant ‘alternative’ vibe that is not overpowering. 5) WOOLLEY GRANGE – BATH

Woolley Grange Hotel is an incredible manor that sits on the edge of Bath, surrounded with beautiful scenery from old trees to polished gardens. You’ll be able to enjoy the comfort from a massage therapist without having to worry about leaving your children behind at home.

6) CHEWTON GLEN – HAMPSHIRE

The Chewton Glen is a venue of variety. Ask yourself, how do you relax? What method works best for you? Do you find being active helps?
