5 tips for glowing skin
We all want to achieve that natural, glowing look, but lack of sleep, stress, aging processes, and even what you eat can impact your complexion. The good news is that you can transform skin that looks dull and tired to luminous and glowing. Just follow our tips and shop some of our glow-giving favourites, to achieve that post-spa treatment glow at home.
1. CLEANSE REGULARLY
Washing away the days makeup, grime, pollution particles and oil is key when it comes to maintaining a natural glow. We recommend a double cleanse using our Illuminate Melting Cleanser, which turns to a milky texture when washed off with water to fully cleanse the skin.
2. HYDRATE!
If you want that fresh-faced look, you need to hydrate your skin from the inside out! Make sure you're drinking enough water every day and nourishing your skin with products specifically designed to hydrate. Hint: try our Every Day Cream which is packed full of sweet almond oil, grape-seed oil and pomegranate oil - the perfect ingredients for a nourishing moisturiser.
3. DON'T FORGET TO EXFOLIATE
Adding a gentle exfoliator to your skincare routine a couple of times a week is guaranteed to help remove dead skin particles that can block pores, and brighten your skin tone. Our Superfruit Active Exfoliation contains ultra fine plant particles and fine marine salt give a gentle but effective deep cleanse, and active ingredients work in synergy to slow down the ageing process, detoxify and brighten the skin.
4. LOOK FOR BRIGHTENING SKINCARE INGREDIENTS
Look for products that are designed to brighten, illuminate, even skin tone, or restore dull skin. Active ingredients such as Vitamin A, D E, found in our Gold, Pearl and Caviar Moisturiser help to stimulate cellular growth to regenerate healthy, firm skin cells.
5. PROTECT YOUR SKIN
We recommend wearing a high quality sunscreen all year round, even when it's not sunny to help protect your skin from damaging UV rays. This is especially important if you exfoliate regularly, as this can make your skin more prone to sun damage.
