The Re:Fresh and De:Stress Bath & Shower Oils are 100% natural and brilliantly multi-functional. Use in a sensory-driven massage, as a bath soak, lock moisture in to freshly cleansed, damp skin – or why not use in the shower as part of a cleansing ritual?

The Bath & Shower Oils share one fascinating ingredient: Gotu Kola. Revered in India & China for its ability to enhance spirituality, and referred to by many as ‘the herb of enlightenment’. Gotu Kola extract has been scientifically proven to help treat brain fogginess and alleviate anxiety. A mind, body and mood booster, it’s incredible for both re-freshing and de-stressing.

  • Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica) is rich in antioxidants and contains saponins which improve the appearance of the skin

As a massage oil: Warm between the hands and massage into skin at the desired pressure.

As a bathing oil: Add around 5-10ml to a warm bath

As a foot soak: add around 5ml to warm water

For skin hydration: apply to dry or moistened skin, massage until dispersed As a shower oil: massage on to skin straight after showering to lock in moisture.
