NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts, you are an experienced communicator who understands how to make opportunities happen.

Your job as a New Business Development Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Knowledge of the hotel, spa or beauty industry would be good but not imperative. Experience as a NBDM is a priority.

This role revolves around good communication and your duties are likely to include:

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature
  • Writing reports
  • Providing management with feedback

ACCOUNT MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face. 

 Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel

TRAINER

We are looking for an experienced Treatment and Product Trainer to join our team. Whilst we pride ourselves on letting therapists put the passion on the treatment menu and allowing spas to create their own unique experiences, we also realise that knowledge is power. We want our spas to deliver the best possible experiences to their guests, both in and out of the treatment room. For spas to success at retail, product knowledge is absolutely essential. 

Can you train and educate others? Are you passionate about people and success? 

Responsibilities

  • Deliver effective product training to therapists in a spa situation
  • Develop and further relationships with current spas
  • Further sales through empowering and the imparting of knowledge

Qualifications

  • Prior spa or therapy experience is beneficial
  • Articulate and accustomed to a customer facing, people-orientated role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
