SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

You will have:

  • A strong working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Highly desirable – a degree in digital communications, marketing, advertising, media studies, business and/or related fields.

  • Strong written and verbal skills as well as being analytical and motivated.

HEAD OF DIGITAL

As Head of Digital you are generally responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital strategy.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Digital to join our awesome marketing team! As a Digital Marketing Director at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy alongside our Head of Offline Sales and Trade Marketing. Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial role in achieving our business goals and objectives. 

We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and utilising different digital marketing channels. 

Digital Marketing Director duties and responsibilities

  • Have a deep knowledge and understanding of magento and Shopify
  • Manage the strategy and train any team members
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices
  • Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels
  • Measure ROI and KPIs
  • Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
  • Measure and manage online content

Head of Digital requirements

  • 5- 10 years of experience as a senior digital manager
  • Several years of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • In depth knowledge of different digital marketing channels
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Good knowledge of web design procedures and UX
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success

SEO SPECIALIST

As a growing company we are always on the lookout for exceptional talent. If you consider yourself something of an SEO whizz, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone with both B2B and B2C SEO experience.

You will be a keen learner and always exploring the latest trends and techniques. You’ll have an exceptional and in-depth knowledge of google analytics and key word research. You will be able to ensure all SEO techniques employed will result in relevant traffic to both the trade and retail websites, which ultimately convert to sales.

It would be a huge advantage to have experience in programming with html & PHP.

NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

As the driving force behind generating new sales leads and contacts, you are an experienced communicator who understands how to make opportunities happen.

Your job as a New Business Development Manager is to identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new clients and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts. Knowledge of the hotel, spa or beauty industry would be good but not imperative. Experience as a NBDM is a priority.

This role revolves around good communication and your duties are likely to include:

  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
  • Planning and preparing presentations
  • Communicating new product developments to prospective clients
  • Overseeing the development of marketing literature

Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
