Using a gentle face polish ever 2-3 days will work wonders for your skin. Getting rid of dirt from the day or the stuff from your pillow (yuck!) is a quick and easy way to brighten your face and/or body. Gently massage into the skin, don't forget the crease in your chin and around the nose and then rinse with warm water. Honestly, you will not need to leave on too long and there's no mixing required. Pat dry and away you go. We'd probably recommend a really good moisturiser next but nothing too thick, you don't want to undo all the good work you've just done.
